Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in shorten services are the need to reschedule which will be subject to the cancellation policy. Children and guest are required permission prior to your appointment. This ensures a safe and relaxing environment for everyone.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before schedule time. Cancellation made with less than 48 hours. Notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. No call no-show appointments will be charged and may result in denied future booking access. Repeat abuse of this policy also will result in the loss of online booking privileges.
All services must be paid in full at the end of your appointment. Invoices and delayed payments are only offered to long-standing clients and will include an additional up charge. Failure to pay will be considered theft to services and handled accordingly.
We understand that true emergencies can happen. Emergencies include hospitalization, contagious, or violent illness, or other serious unforeseen circumstances. Emergencies do not include lack of childcare, work, schedule changes, transportation, issues, or forgetfulness. Exceptions may be made at our discretion, but repeat last last-minute changes for nonemergency reasons may result in denied booking access. Client must arrive in good health. For the safety of staff and other clients services may be refused if you are ill or have open wounds, please respect the salon environment. Inappropriate or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. The salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
