Can I bring a child or guest?

We understand you may want company, but please check with us before bringing a guest or child. Some services may not allow extra guests, as it could disturb other suite professionals. For shorter services, it’s usually fine. We just asked that you confirm with us in advance so we can plan accordingly.

What if I'm running late?

Please text us if you’re running late ahead of time as much as you can and we’ll always do the same for you. We allow a 10 minute grace period, but after that, your service may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on the appointment booked. We keep a tight schedule to respect everyone’s time, and we kindly ask the same in return.

Do you accept walk-in's?

We are by appointment only. Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us prepare for your visit and ensures that we can provide the highest level of service.

Can I combine a gift card with a promo?

No. Only one discount or offer may be applied per visit.

What if I book the wrong thing?

If you’re not sure what to book, please text us first. We’ll guide you based on your current hair/nail needs and your goals.

Each service description also includes guidance on how often to rebook.

If you book a service and arrive needing something different, we may not be able to complete the appointment as planned, and a 50% charge of the booked service will apply.

Fact: Service Steps Are Not Skippable

Our service steps are not optional. We follow, proven, professional procedures, to protect your scalp, nails, and overall results. We will always explain the “why” during your visit so you will always leave styled, informed, and cared for.

For the safety and comfort of all, services may be declined in cases of illness, unsafe conditions, or disrespectful behaviors.
